My main goal in Teaching English is for students to build proficiency and language. This is where my lessons will be a student-centred environment as well as having a high student talking time. Guidance, learning, and reasonably challenging task is given to the students. This will level up their education, knowledge and understanding.
My lessons will be personalised for the students. They will be able to use in practical life skills such as doctor visits, ordering food and drink, and many other situations that the learner will require speaking in English.
A personalisation to include their countries, their interests and any background they have. I implement this to my lessons so the majority of my students can relate and absorb the lessons or tasks better.
I provide many visual learning tools, as well copies of handouts, audio for students to complete their tasks. I am also literate in technical platforms such as Zoom, Teams and its settings.
My values are being approachable, welcoming, and ensuring that the students will have the learning outcomes achieved by the end of the class.
