Very passionate about the gym, was once overweight and was once underweight, I know the struggle of both positions

I started going to the gym a few years ago. In my life, I was once overweight and was once underweight. I know the struggle of both positions. Ever since then, I began consistently going to the gym and found my passion and confidence. I’m studying Sports Therapy so in the future I am able to support and help injured people.
