Business studies and Economics Teacher with a strong academic and teaching background and over 10 years of teaching experience, demonstrating excellent teaching that fosters students’ critical skills, leading to significantly improved performance. In addition, I am a teacher who understands individual differences among students, and I adopt a proficient teaching style for my students. I adopt a teaching method that ensures that I evaluate my students learning. My teaching style is student-centered, which helps bring out the best in my students. I ensure that my students are engaged from the first day.
I make use of different technique in teaching my student and this teaching technique helps to bring out the best from my students. Some of them include, PowerPoint presentation in which after each week a give my student a topic to work on in which they will create a PowerPoint to present the topic to me. This will help toward improving the confidence of the student and their research skills. Also, I make use of case study and assignment to tell their level of understanding on the topic discussed and their ability to apply theories learned in real life situation.
Lastly, I ensured that the learning environment is conducive for effective participation of my student. This means that I have a system that engage students even though the lecturer is online. This includes short class assignment during teaching so as to ensure active participation of my student during classes or lectures.
