I am passionate about education and have high standards both for myself and my pupils

I have a preliminary meeting about the aim of learning English- is it to supplement existing lessons? Is it for business? Is to improve an already attained level, perhaps studied in the past? I can focus on the more academic side such as grammar or if conversation is more important then I tailor my lessons around this. I also like to do a weekly vocab test as I think it keeps things fresh and people motivated. That vocab is then used for the next week for continuity.
