As a life coach I work on a 1-2-1 basis where I have a conversation with my clients over Zoom and get them to express their thoughts over many aspects of their lives. Then by challenging their thought process and getting them to implement changes in their life whether it be small habits or a change in diet, all with the intention to motivate them to be their best selves.
