Hi,

I am Shomaila Sohail a Certified Cambridge Instructor looking to work as a Visiting Faculty. I am currently working at Westminster International School and College ( Pakistan) as IT head and IGCSE Instructor. I am a part-time tutor with New Zealand and UK-based Academies as an IGCSE, GCSE, and AS instructor.

I completed my Bachelor of Engineering and Software Engineering in 2005. I have spent most part of my life in Gulf countries. I lived in UAE from 2007 to 2016 and taught Computer Science to middle years at well-established British and American Schools there. I moved back to Pakistan in the year 2016 and currently working as a computer science instructor for IGCSE levels.

With a record of Excellent Grade Scoring for my students, I am very passionate about teaching and applying new methodologies to deliver my lectures. I have trained teachers at my school to apply differentiation, critical thinking, and PRIMM to teach computing to all levels.

I have taught at a British School ( Al Ain Juniors School, Al Ain, UAE) and an American School ( Liwa International School, Al Ain, UAE) from the year 2012 to 2016. I shifted to Pakistan the in the year 2016 and started teaching at Westminster International School ( a franchise of David Game, UK) as an IGCSE/GCSE Instructor and working as a Curriculum Head of IT as well.

I am also running my own coding club to teach Python, Web development using HTML, WordPress, and App Inventions.
