I will use all the resources available (books, online materials). I will ensure they are up to date and consistent with the Curriculum. I will use a variety of learning styles and methods / strategies to make the lessons interesting and enjoyable (handouts, cards, posters, and so on). I will prepare a lesson plan for each lesson and stick to it. I can manage a class, monitor thd work, record behaviour, track attendance, record progress, prepare individual learners plan (ILP) so I know each studdnt's needs. I have excellent classroom and time management . I will give feedback after a test so students know the areas they need to improve in. I will involve all students on the learning process, giving everyone a chance to ask questions or answer questions I put to them. I will listen to everyone's views and opinions.
