When approaching psychometric assessment, there are many factors to consider, such as the purpose of the evaluation, which measures are appropriate for use, selecting the correct norm group, and so forth. As a registered psychometrist I have come to understand these factors. In addition, I have an in-depth understanding that people process information in different manners. Therefore, I aim to convey the information in a manner that is easily understandable to my students.
