I am friendly, smiley, positive, patient and enthusiastic

I have worked in a primary school, since 2005 and have worked with a variety of children from a multitude of backgrounds, many of which have had English as a second language. This has allowed me to experience first hand, the challenges that come from these children’s situations, and how much support is needed in order to help them reach a reasonable level of comprehension, in a second language.
Also, and as I personally grew up in Madeira Portugal, and completed my all of my schooling there, before moving to the Uk in my teens. Whilst at school I studied French, and English in addition to my local spoken Portuguese. I have also worked, for a period, with Engoo, a company in Asia, that teaches English online.
All of these circumstances and experiences have I believe, qualified me to be a more attuned hearer, more patient and understanding of a students struggles to learn a language.
I would teach with patience, understanding and enthusiasm. ☺️
