A nurturing and warm coach, my lessons are aimed at building communication skills and confidence, especially for shy or introverted students

Listening, observing, and sensing my students' strengths and growth areas are my starting point. I get to know each student and tailor the content to their needs and interests, ensuring the content is practical and fun. Making our learning space safe is a big deal for me. That way my students can try new things based on what they are learning and not be embarrassed when it doesn't work exactly the way they want. I focus on mindset work, goal-setting, and action-taking as well as on technical skills and knowledge.
