My English is almost native and if the student is a Spanish speaker that wishes to learn English I have the capacity to engage the student to make it interesting instead of boring. For example if they are young I could use games (XBox, Nintendo, etc) so they find it appealing … or music, whatever their hobbies are. It’s important to keep them motivated if not they will never learn it properly.
