UK Maths Tutor for Secondary, GCSE/iGCSE, A Level maths

Hi!

I’m Afnan. I'm 24, Graduated in Computer science and engineering who loves to teach mathematics. My parents are teachers. I'm offering maths tuition from primary to A-level. I have been tutoring for over a year.

I decided to start tutoring during my 3rd year at university. It was a great way to meet people, improve their grades but also ensure that my fundamentals remained fresh! Over the last few years, online tutoring has become the main way I tutor.

What improvement can you expect to see? On average, my students improve by about 1-3 grades from their predicted grade, depending on the length of time I have with them and several other factors.

What can you expect from me? I value every single one of my students. I want them to succeed. So, tutoring requires more than just imparting knowledge, it's about making sure the surrounding factors are in order. The knowledge, mindset and organization need to work together in harmony to achieve one's best result. So you can expect to see me go above and beyond to enable them to do their best. This can mean doing over-time or helping with quick impromptu questions over text.
