Maths and English tutor for primary school students

I am a 16 year old student currently in Year 11 and would like to help my fellow younger students improve their learning skills. With predicted grades of 8 and above in all my subjects I am able to share methods that work and enable me to achieve top grades to my tutees. I would first get a general outline of what are the weak areas and tackle those first through mini tests and slowly work our way up.
