I successfully completed my initial training at Le Corden Bleu London, to secure a position at Pied a Terre restaurant, Fitzrovia, followed by Core by Clare Smyth. I am keen to further my career as a private chef, continuing in the mastery of preparing and serving outstanding cuisine in a more intimate setting.
