In this class, I will explore a variety of yoga postures, breathing techniques, and mindfulness practices to help people strengthen and stretch their body, calm their mind, and cultivate greater overall well-being.
We will begin the class with some centering and grounding techniques, followed by a gentle warm-up to prepare our bodies for the postures. We will then move through a series of standing, seated, and reclining postures, with options for modifications and variations to suit their individual needs and abilities.
Our class will end with a period of relaxation and guided meditation to help you release any tension and stress and leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
