I am from Brazil and I know how important it is to master a new language to integrate into a new culture. There are barriers that go beyond grammar, it is understanding how to express yourself, jargon, tones and phonemes. Learning a new language is wonderful and much easier when we put it into practice, have a well-founded base and put it into action!
Depending on the age of the student, I will use games or interactive activities that help them relax and have a more personal relationship with the language. I will also use resources from his day to day or topics related to something in which he has an objective.
