I have been working as a chef for the past 7 years covering some position such as: head chef, sous chef, private chef and pizza chef.
I come from south Italy and I grow up in my father restaurant in a small city in Calabria. I am specialised with fresh pasta, vegetarian and vegan food, pizza and baking, Mediterranean food, but also a good passion for the oriental world and the modern approach.
