I worked as a Patisserie Chef for three years in prestigious places. I have teachers training to teach 14+ students. I can teach food technology, teach City and Guilds Patisserie, and Confectionary. I can teach how to pass interviews, and how the professional kitchen works.
I can also teach South Asian cookery.
I am qualified to teach special needs and pupils with mental health needs.
