Advert description
Hi I hope you are well, I am a 4th year medical student at Anglia ruskin university. I have ample experience when it comes to teaching. I have been part of mytutor where I have taught students in a range of different subjects using different methods to help them understand difficult concepts.
I have been part of the Widening participation team at ARU and have had opportunities to mentor aspiring students through the medicine application process. I have supported students through the UCAT, personal statement and interview preparations. In addition to this, I have been an interviewer for students on mock interviews. This means I know what skills and traits the medical schools are looking for when it comes to interviews so you are in good hands. At Alevels, I studied economics, maths and chemistry. Out of the three chemistry was definitely the most challenging out of those. The medical schools I applied for were Queen Mary, Manchester, Sheffield and ARU. A lot of people feel that medicine is incredibly hard to get into and impossible to achieve. however, with the right support and guidance, the process becomes a lot easier and a lot less stressful. Im excited to share my experience and give you as many tips and tricks along the way.
