Chemistry Tutor of all ages. Age ranging from 11-18

I have a Bachelor of Science Education in Chemistry. I have more than five years' teaching experience in Secondary Schools. I enjoy being part of a busy team. At my current job in an International School, I worked in a fast-paced team environment as a Basic Science/IGCSE Chemistry Teacher. The pace of the work helped me stay motivated and achieved great successes. I marked external examination (WASSE and National Examination). 95 % of my students had Distinctions in WASSE 2022 and 80% scored above 75 in Chemistry UTME 2022. I am an organized and detailed-oriented person and I believe this is important when working in a fast-paced role. I am very conversant with both the Nigerian and British Curriculum. I also possess organizational skills which enables me learn how to prioritize my work.

I worked as a Science Tutor and Human Resource Manager at Best Option Advancement. I taught Advanced Level (A'Level) students who registered for the Joint University Preliminary Examination under the auspices of the Joint University Preliminary Examination Board (JUPEB). I taught Chemistry and Physics. 80% of my students had Distinctions (A) in their Joint University Preliminary Examination conducted in September 2020 and July 2021 at Ilorin, Kwara State. I also increased student's population by 70% in 2021.

I worked as a Chemistry Teacher in Nempi Secondary School, Nempi, Imo State during my service year. I taught Senior Secondary School (1, 2 and 3) Chemistry. 95% of my students had Distinctions (A) in Chemistry during the WASSE 2019.

I have had the privilege to work as a Chemistry teacher and Head Teacher in Great Stars Academy. I ensured that engaging lessons where delivered to diverse groups of pupils by monitoring the activities of the primary school teachers via marking of lesson notes, lesson plans and class attendance. I promoted enthusiasm for learning following approved teaching and learning guidelines. I helped to increase Student's population by 70% in 2013.
