Advert description
As a science graduate from University College London, I have always been fascinated by the world around me and the ways in which scientific principles can be applied to understand and solve problems. This curiosity has driven me to pursue a career in teaching, where I can share my passion for science with others and help to inspire the next generation of scientists.

Throughout my time at UCL, I was able to delve deep into a range of scientific subjects, including biology, chemistry, and physics. I particularly enjoyed studying genetics and molecular biology, and was able to gain valuable hands-on experience through various lab internships and research projects. I also had the opportunity to participate in a study abroad program in Australia, where I was able to conduct field research on marine biology and conservation.

In addition to my academic pursuits, I was also actively involved in a number of extracurricular activities during my time at UCL. I volunteered as a mentor for younger students, helping them to adjust to university life and providing guidance and support as they navigated their way through their studies. I also served as a teaching assistant for several undergraduate courses, where I was able to gain valuable experience in leading discussion sections and lab demonstrations.

After graduation, I decided to pursue a career in teaching in order to share my love of science with others and to inspire the next generation of scientists. I have always enjoyed working with young people and helping them to discover their own passions and interests, and teaching provides me with the opportunity to do this on a daily basis. I believe that education has the power to change lives and to create positive impacts on the world, and I am committed to using my skills and knowledge to make a difference in the lives of my students.

I have been fortunate enough to have had a range of teaching experience, both in the classroom and in more informal settings. I have taught science to students of all ages, from primary school to university level, and have always been struck by the enthusiasm and curiosity of my students. I have also had the opportunity to work with students who have learning disabilities, and have developed a strong understanding of how to adapt my teaching style and approach to meet the needs of these learners.

One of the things that I love most about teaching is the opportunity to inspire and motivate my
