Fully experienced teacher and tutor

I have taught for many years and I have enjoyed various posts of responsibility including Class Teacher, Literacy Coordinator for Years 2, 3 and 4 and Year 3 Coordinator. I have also taught children who speak English as a secondary language. I have been tutoring for 6 years both online and face to face and I always aim to plan lessons that are creative, engaging and suited to each child's individual learning needs. My teaching ranges from helping the children with the foundations of reading, writing and Maths through to all that is necessary for a child to succeed with their Year 4 and Year 6 Sats. I am an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher who enjoys developing a good working relationship with every child in my care and I help those who are having difficulty with any subject as well as those who need challenging. I teach children in a way that maximises their learning to enable them to reach their full potential and the progress they make produces, in turn, great motivation within them.
