I have a senior level of English speaking and writing, I can help my students achieve their goals surpassing the language barrier

I have a UK Bachelor's degree and in my experience as a manager, I encountered multiple situations where the language barrier was an issue. I worked in one of the largest warehouses in Europe ( Amazon LCY2, Tilbury ) and I managed vast teams with different language backgrounds, for which English was the second language. We managed to surpass that barrier after lots of hours and tuition, ultimately achieving network record breaking results. I think I will be suitable for the job due to my experience in working with non-English fluent associates and due to my management experience that gave me the opportunity to engage, communicate to and lead large teams of people along the way.
