University Biology student teaching GCSE biology to teenagers preparing for their GCSEs

Hi! My names Rachel and I am in my final year of a Bachelors degree in Biology at Chester University. I love teaching! I am very enthusiastic about biology and would love to pass on my knowledge to anyone struggling with their GCSEs! I find the best way to learn anything is to study it in a way that's personal to you. By applying scientific theories to your own life you can memorise it easier. For example understanding how similar we are to animals even in our own gardens can help us learn so much about the theory of evolution, how our bodies work, digestion, and much more. My particularly favourite area of biology is cell biology, I am a complete wizz at cell specialisation and differentiation. I love knowing how we are made up of billions of cells that each have their own special job to keep us moving. I will answer any questions you may have, even on subjects outside of biology! I am also an avid reader (and have many recommendations for teens) as-well as being a lover of arts, language and geography!
