I tend to build confidence and consolidate their effort for a strong level.

I would like to understand their level, I will firstly try to build an assessment then process their understanding of the language. I look over the work that has been done in the past and try to reinforce the previous lesson to push toward confidence to use the language in those situation without any uncomfortable feeling/fear to speak. I usually use situation , role-play oriented with the vocabulary.
