I am a professional chef and tutor with over 30 years experience. I teach both professionals and members of the public.

I have a very supportive, encouraging style of teaching, I want you to be comfortable and celebrate your success with you. I ran my own cookery school for 10 years which won awards nationally. I also act as the chef ambassador for my local college, regularly supporting staff and students.
