Advert description
My full name is Amuda Adeolu Badmus (I enjoy being called Amuda),
I’m a Software Engineer by passion and Chemical Engineer by education.
I started my software engineering career with Karox (early 2007) and while studying chemical engineering at the greatest citadel of learning and culture in 2010.
I have implemented multiple distributed software systems that scale from 1 to millions of users in many countries.
I’m a Java community champion at Andela, where I have worked as a senior software engineer and development lead with Andela’s client.
My areas of interest include algorithm design and analysis(I really love algorithm and CS theory), distributed transactions, software optimizations, Linux kernel, NoSQL, and the development of products that organize existing information in efficient and useful ways.
I have published a few articles within and outside my niche on algorithms for generating O(1) collision pseudo-random number(different from Fisher-Yates, or Knuth-Yates algorithm)[1], enhancement of the Hoffman-encoding [2] algorithm, power of GC(Garbage collection) [3], the need for Coffee [4], Working Remotely[5], Text from Image extraction[6], and many more.
