Does my student look bored? Do their eyes look like I have conveyed the message successfully? Do they look confused? Do they seem to understand things faster with visual or audio information? Do they like to joke or get straight to business? Are they enthusiastic and prefer fast talking? Or do they need me to pause between each word and enunciate?
This is the non-exhaustive list of questions I ask myself in order to plan and deliver a lesson to my student. I have successfully conducted training classes from children, to individual adults, to business teams. Ultimately, I wish that my students felt productive, entertained and at ease after my class.
