I am a team worker who uses the ideas of others to aid and support my work. I am hardworking and able to motivate.

My experience has been being a teaching assistant in a private tutor company. Working with the teacher to ensure students improve and make plans based upon each individuals needs. I will teach based upon what the student already knows and how best to then carry this forward to ensure they not only learn new skills but also build upon their foundations.
