I have a bachelors degree in human and social sciences from Cardiff university and a masters degree in psychology of mental health and wellbeing, both are BPS accredited. My teaching approach is centred around interactive methods to engage and inspire students. Utilising PowerPoint presentations, I bring lessons to life with visual aids and engaging content. Through interactive quizzes, I encourage active participation and foster a deeper understanding of the material.

I take the time to listen to each learner, asking them about their own perceptions of their best learning methods.
