I am a qualified HR and Business Quality Manager looking to enhance the learning experience with my knowledge. I have an MSc in HRM, and I am level 7 qualified in the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). I have won a best performance award and best dissertation award for my work during my MSc and my work has since been used as examplars in my University. I am in the process of writing my proposal for a PhD and I am keen to continue in education and teach others the skills I have developed.
