Students have varied needs as not everyone starts from the same base. Identifying the stumbling block and what the pupil seeks to achieve is key, as it helps design the future course of action. For me , the best way to teach is through examples which are catchy and preferably contemporary. A visual memory created through words has a more lasting effect than simply a summation of the rules. Students usually think in their vernacular before trying to translate the same into English , as a teacher , I consider it my primary job to reduce loss between what is being thought and what is being reduced to writing. Ultimately, my aim is to enable a student to express himself to the fullest without the impediment of language.
