Hi I’m Vanessa, I am a certified Life Coach, a Somatic Stress Release™ practitioner and a creative & well being educator. I help people get unstuck, connect with themselves and find creative solutions to life's challenges, to move towards a more balanced, fulfilling and creative life. My practice emphasizes the importance of holistic well-being to help you develop greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, confidence and creative strategic thinking that aligns with your inner values and needs.

I have helped people moving through transitions and life changes; unpacking difficult situations and getting unstuck; finding confidence and clarity in developing creative ideas and planning for new projects; achieving a healthier work-life balance; releasing stress, fears and anxieties and improving overall well-being.

Alongside being a certified Life Coach and somatic therapist I am also a dance and multidisciplinary artist; I hold an MA in somatics and creative movement practice, from Trinity Laban Music and Dance Conservatoire in London and I create socially engaged art work for people of all ages and backgrounds. With 15 years of experience in creating, facilitating, teaching, and mentoring in the creative and well-being sector, I bring a multitude of skills to my coaching practice.

My practice and my sessions are grounded in curiosity and a deep appreciation for the transformative power of mindfulness, body-mind integration, authenticity and creativity.
My approach is empathic, person-centered, gentle but rigorous. The sessions are completely tailored to each individual and will take you on a deep dive to find shifts in how you relate to yourself, others and your circumstances; and will guide you to then take tangible and accountable steps to achieve your aims, goals and desires.
