I am currently working as a RWInc coach at a primary school in Essex.
I team teach LSA’s and teachers on the correct steps to teach RWInc. This includes lots of live modelling, helping with the weeks planning and helping them organise their resources if needed.
I have experience working with SEND children and have been a key worker for individual children with special needs.
I hold interventions daily which include B1 maths, guided reading to improve fluency and comprehension as well as RWInc 1:1 tutoring sessions.
I also run two after school Alp’s clubs where I focus on number bonds, times tables and reading.
I also have experience working as an LSA and cover supervisor where I taught English and helped student reach their goals
