I am a passionate data scientist, pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science (AI). I'd love to teach middle and high schoolers

As a research student and a graduate assistant I work on solving students' doubts on a weekly basis. Moreover, I grade assignments, proctor exams and assist with grading exam papers. I also have experience working with young students, as I've trained over 30 students per class, previously as a tutor. I'm able to tutor both in-person and virtually. I strongly believe that every student has varied and unique needs and understand that a tutor must accomodate all students, fairly and equally. I'm also trained to avoid implicit biases and separate the personal from the professional. As a tutor, I would also take into consideration the pre-requisites and individual capabilities of my students to ensure that each student successfully understands the concepts I teach. Moreover, I will also ensure that my students are able to apply what they learn by encouraging independent reasoning ability.
