When starting these lessons I did not know many skills that I could apply to my life to improve daily aspects of my life and really lacked in self confidence. However, after lessons with Lydia I found myself learning and utilizing new found skills she taught me and applying them to better my daily life as well as building my confidence drastically so I can live my life with high self-esteem. I definitely recommend her to anyone who wishes to build new life skills and have someone there who offers great support to progress in these new life skills.
