Hello, my name is Amelie and I am a biological sciences PhD student at the University of Cambridge. I hold a BA in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge, during which I undertook training in advanced mathematical biology. I also achieved A*A*A*A* in Mathematics, Further Mathematics, Biology and Chemistry A-Levels. I am a private tutor with over 5 years' experience in providing one-to-one maths coaching, as well as additional experience tutoring biology, chemistry and physics. My approach is tailored to the student's individual learning style and pace, and I will create a programme to strengthen areas needing improvement through clear explanations of mathematical and scientific concepts and support working through example questions. I will also work with students to cultivate more effective revision methods and a better understanding of exam technique, helping students approach exams with confidence and achieve their full potential.

I am also available to provide support with writing personal statements and conducting mock interviews for Oxbridge Natural Sciences applicants, and have successfully coached several students previously who received offers to study Natural Sciences at the University of Cambridge.
