Lessons begin with opening short task of five questions that focus on lesson prior knowledge to spark memory pathways.
Moving into objectives so that you know what you are getting out of the session.
Lessons move onto teaching through interaction and modelling. Focusing on key ideas within the curriculum.
A check of understanding based on content covered and then independent practice and questions with a shared screen to allow live marking and support.
Check out answers for gaps and these are placed in next lesson starter tasks for optimal interactions with long term memory.
Within a lesson, we aim to complete three objectives, building from theoretical principles up to extended procedural knowledge and mastery.
Lessons are 1 hour and can be broken down into further lessons for individual student needs
