I give private lessons for children and young people who need extra/specialised support.

I love to teach and I see it as a team activity between teacher and pupil: it’s not for the teacher to dictate how and what a pupil learns, it is for them to best meet the learning needs of that pupil. I always enjoy making learning fun and the most important part of my practice is forming a trusting relationship with my pupils. I believe that everyone has the right to accessible education. That is to say, everyone learns differently and many of us have specific/additional needs, so I adapt the way I teach to best fit my pupils.
