Engaging personalised sessions where learning naturally emerges

I know first-hand the importance of languages. I am acutely aware that people learn at different speeds and have varying motivations (which can shift throughout a programme). I adapt to these needs, which can be geared to using the language in any context. This means that I use what I feel suits best for each student. For instance, games, creative activities, formal exercises and contact with cultural references of the language (e.g. music, authors).

I have been teaching Portuguese to children and adults of different ages, levels and with varying objectives. For instance, Portuguese for foreigners and Portuguese and bilingual children living in England.

Since the start of the pandemic, I started and continue to homeeducate my three children. An everyday experience that strengthens my teaching skills and nurtures my passion to teach.

I offer a personalized and engaging approach, in a safe space and considering the student, their objectives and existing/desired level.
