GCSE Science online tutor, GCSE Physics examiner. I teach all three Sciences: Chemistry and Biology as well as Physics

Advert description
My QTS, PGCE, undergraduate studies and other relevant courses have enabled me to deliver Science at KS3, and KS4 in an informed and relevant manner. Prior to studying for PGCE in the UK I also had experience as a teacher of Biology at Tomsk State School No3 in Russia for 1118 year olds. In this role I ran a Science club once a week and revision sessions prior to examinations.
I have successfully completed several CPDs, such as York Summer Physics school, Advanced Behaviour management and I am currently attending New Teachers Subject days (KS3, KS4 and A-level Physics ) at Altrincham Grammar school that takes place on Saturdays. I love Physics and I try my best to enthuse my students with love to Physics. I feel privileged to have observed great teaching from brilliant physicists from University of Manchester and their invited guests when I did SKE Physics.
I have also joined several respected professional bodies such as The Institute of Physics, the Royal Society of Chemistry and the Royal Society of Biology in order to make my teaching an exciting learning experience for my students.
I have participated in all of my current schools' INSET days and training sessions. This has helped me to become more confident in the delivery of teaching and learning strategies.
I am known for good and thorough planning. I enjoy planning lessons and writing schemes of work. I like having a vision of how lessons will progress and how my students will improve from lesson to lesson. I write SoW for each topic I teach as it helps me to focus on the end result.
Whilst teaching Science I create engaging and informative resources to make my lessons interesting and effective. Learning objectives are differentiated so that all students can succeed and I am able to push high ability students further by giving them challenging tasks and directing them to support weaker students during group work.
I always treat everyone equally with respect and believe everyone should have a fair chance.
Professionalism and hard work are two of my strengths. I always find a way of working with people to ensure that the team functions efficiently, as well as being highly effective at meeting deadlines and have never once missed one.
I try to ensure every young person has a high quality, and useful learning experience.
