This can be done individually or with a partner depending on requirements and often the classes will feature some form of calisthenic bodyweight conditioning.

I have my own kickboxing and Muaythai syllabuses for technique honing and usually offer a combination of fitness and technique although classes are always tailored to individual requirements.
