I am a Passionate History Graduate Online Tutor

I have a BA in History and Italian from Royal Holloway University. I have been tutoring for just over a year and want to continue to assist students in attaining success in their coursework and exams. I have a comprehensive understanding of various historical periods, from Ancient Greek and Roman Antiquity to Medieval and Modern European history, and the Renaissance providing me with a well-rounded knowledge base. I am able explain complex historical concepts in a simple and engaging manner. Not only this but I will adjust their teaching methods to suit the individual learning styles and needs of my students, whereby i will organise and structure my lessons to build on previous knowledge. This ensures a logical and steady progression in line with board specifications that aims to ace coursework and exams, and at the same time provides a enjoyable learning experience. Furthermore, I will encourage students to ask questions, think critically, and analyse historical events and sources which will assist in problem solving, as they will further develop key skills to evaluate different perspectives and form well-reasoned conclusions.
