I have a 200 hour Yoga Teacher's Certificate from Yoga Alliance and a 300 Advanced Training Yoga Certificate also from Yoga Alliance. I also have a 25 hour Certificate on teaching Somatic Yoga. I have 7 years of teaching experience and reside in Bristol Uk. I teach a mix of Hatha and Vinyasa flow to levels beginner to intermediate. All ages. Modifications offered.
