Highly experienced and versatile EFL/ESOL teacher

I have over twenty years experience of teaching English as a foreign language to people from all over the world. I have taught in several other countries including Japan and Saudi Arabia, many summer schools in the UK, online to business people in France for three years, and TESOL for several years in the UK to refugees. I have taught a wide variety of ages from very young children to older adults, for academic purposes, and for those learning English as a hobby. This has often been one to one and I have also been tutoring children in English and Maths at home and in school for several years, which has given me further experience of this. I am a friendly, encouraging and supportive person and can adapt material to a student's level, and find ways of inspiring and introducing useful language for their needs and interests.　I am creative and imaginative and interested in the arts but have a broad knowledge of many areas and interest in learning about other people and languages.
