Gabriele is very supportive and guides through improving poses that I want to get better at. After her classes I always feel relaxed and like I’m back to myself. I do yoga as a self-care practice, so I appreciate the dedication she puts in the classes, which lets me to calm my mind with a beautiful meditation and work on my flexibility. Would definetelly recommend as it’s a very quality and affordable class!
