I have offered online private lessons with the platform MyTutor for four years alongside my university degree. In this, I tutored pupils from year 7 up to key stage 5. I earned 5-star reviews in Geography and English classes. I am passionate and aim to improve children's confidence and curiosity in learning through positive affirmation and discussion with reference to the curriculum. I provide examples and opportunities to practice new concepts for kinesthetic learners. I additionally find online resources such as videos and talking through problems with a visual aid for audio and visual learners. To consolidate lessons in a fun manner, I incorporate quizzes and games to help the new concepts settle in. I always ensure to ask questions and understand how a pupil feels about the topic we covered by checking in with their level of comfort with the lesson and new concept. I have taught English language, English literature, Geography (human and physical) and History.
