Advert description
I am a professional recruiter with a strong track record of success. I am currently doing my Master's in Human Resource Management (MSc.) from the University of Bristol. I have over two years of experience as a Recruitment Consultant, where I have developed a deep understanding of the recruitment process and the skills and qualities that employers are looking for. I am also skilled in using recruitment technology tools and platforms to streamline the recruitment process.
I would be interested in teaching for a number of reasons. First, I have a strong passion for helping others. My previous experience as a recruiter has taught me how to identify and develop top talent, and I am skilled in providing guidance and support to candidates. I also have a proven track record of building relationships with clients and candidates alike. These skills would be transferable to a teaching role, where I would be responsible for helping students to develop their skills and knowledge and to reach their full potential.
Second, I have a strong understanding of the world of work. My experience as a recruiter has given me insights into the latest industry trends and best practices, as well as the skills and qualities that employers are looking for. This knowledge would be valuable to students, who are preparing to enter the workforce. I can help them to develop their employability skills and to understand the expectations of the workplace.
Finally, I have a strong desire to make a difference. My volunteer experience at the Curudwara Sri Guru Singh Sabha and the Adarsh Kanya Hindi Medium Higher Secondary School demonstrates my commitment to helping others. I am also passionate about education, as evidenced by my decision to pursue a Master of Science in Human Resource Management. In a teaching role, I would have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students by helping them achieve their academic and personal goals.
