I am able to give affordable lessons to students as I realise the importance of how tutoring can increase your self confidence

I have completed my GCSEs in June 2020 and came out with a grade 6 in maths and a grade 7-6 in my double science. This made me pursue maths and science further. I have finished my A-levels last summer in A level maths, A level Chemistry and A level Biology as well as BTEC L3 Health & Social Care. Therefore, I'm confident with my knowledge at maths and science so I enjoy it as a subject. Regarding my teaching methods, I prefer more communication with students and asking them to attempt the question and discuss it before telling them the answer. This way, they are aware of whether they are lacking in knowledge or making small mistakes. I have tutored my siblings and Year 11 students at my sixth form and have seen them achieve above their predictions in their GCSE's so I believe anyone can do this if they put the effort in. I am able to provide different explanations to the same question and ensure that you leave the lesson fully understanding the topic. I would describe myself as a patient and determined person.
