I am motivated engineering student currently in my second year. I would predominantly want to teach GCSE and Lower students.

I believe that teaching should be personalised to the student in front of you rather than a one size fits all approach. I believe in understanding the type of learner in front of you. Some students prefer working through questions alone only asking for help when they need it while other prefer a much more hands on approach and I believe it is my duty to understand the type of student in front of me.
